What we help with

What is daily living support?

It’s the hands-on help that makes everyday life easier, funded in your NDIS plan under Assistance with Daily Life. The focus is practical, not clinical: a support worker you know, lending a hand at the times and pace that suit you, so you can get on with your day.

Personal care

Showering, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene, always with dignity and privacy.

Help around the home

Cleaning, laundry, dishes and keeping your space tidy, safe and how you like it.

Meals

Planning, shopping and cooking together, around your tastes, culture and dietary needs.

Everyday routines

Keeping the day on track, with prompts, reminders and help getting organised.

Daily Living Support Services

Everyday Support That Helps Life at Home Feel Easier

Daily Living Support can look different for every person. For some, it may mean help with morning and evening routines. For others, it may be practical support around the home, simple meal preparation, or a hand with everyday tasks. Our team works with you to understand what support feels right, so your routine can feel more comfortable, respectful and manageable.

Care you can trust

Support from people you'll feel comfortable with

We know that letting someone into your home takes a lot of trust. So we put real care into who we choose, who we send to you, and the relationship that grows from there.

Screened, checked and trained

Before anyone works with you, they hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and have completed our training. Your safety always comes first.

Matched to you

Matching matters to us. We take time to pair you with someone who suits your personality, the way you like to communicate, and what you enjoy. And if you would rather have a man or a woman, or someone who shares your language, faith or culture, just say the word.

Workers who get to know you

We do our best to keep the same workers coming to you, so over time they learn the little things, like how you like your morning to start, or the way you take your coffee. And on the rare day your regular worker can't make it, whoever steps in will already know how you like things done.

And if the fit is ever not right, just tell us. We will listen, and help you find someone who suits you better.

Funding

Is daily living support covered by the NDIS?

In most cases, yes. Daily living support sits in your Core supports budget, under Assistance with Daily Life. Core is the most flexible part of your plan, so you can usually choose how to use it across your everyday supports. Whether it is funded, and how much, depends on your goals and what is reasonable and necessary for you.

We deliver the support, and your plan decides what it covers. If you are not sure what is in your plan or how it works, we are happy to talk it through and point you in the right direction.

What we believe

Support shaped around you

We take the time to know who you are. Your goals, your routine, the things that worry you and the things that make you smile. When support is built on really knowing someone, the rest tends to fall into place.

Support, not a checklist

Good support is more than ticking jobs off a list. It is the patience, the kindness, and the way someone makes the day feel easier.

Yes. Many people have a preference, especially for personal care, and that is completely fine. Just let us know, along with any preference around language, faith or culture, and we will do our best to match you.

We do our best to keep your support consistent. On the rare day your usual worker is unavailable, whoever steps in will already know your routine and how you like things done, so you are not starting from scratch.
