A quick note first: these terms are about using our website. They’re separate from the support we provide. If we work together, the details of your support are set out in a service agreement that we’ll go through with you.
This website is run by Loving Hearts Care Group Pty Ltd (ABN 99 674 548 862), a registered NDIS provider on the Gold Coast. In these terms, we call ourselves “Loving Hearts”, “we”, “us” or “our”, and we call you “you” or “your”.
By using our website, you’re agreeing to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.
We ask that you use our website honestly and lawfully. Please don’t use it in a way that could harm the site, other visitors, or us, and please don’t try to access parts of it you’re not meant to.
Our website is here to help you learn about Loving Hearts and the supports we offer. The information on it is general in nature. It isn’t personal advice, and it isn’t a substitute for professional, medical or legal advice.

Reading our website, filling in a form, or contacting us doesn’t create a support arrangement on its own. If we go ahead together, the supports we provide, and what they include, will be set out in a service agreement between us.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If we provide services to you, we’ll provide them with due care and skill. Where the law gives you guarantees that can’t be excluded, those guarantees still apply, no matter what these terms say.
The words, images, logo and design on this website belong to Loving Hearts, or are used with permission. You’re welcome to read our website and share links to it. Please don’t copy, reuse or republish our content for other purposes without asking us first.
Sometimes we link to other websites that we think might be helpful. We don’t control those sites and we’re not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. If you visit them, it’s a good idea to check their own terms and privacy policies.
