Our home base is in Helensvale, right in the heart of the northern Gold Coast. From here, our team travels out to support participants across Helensvale, Coomera, Upper Coomera, Southport, Nerang, Pimpama and surrounding suburbs, wherever you call home.

Questions about our NDIS Service Areas

Which Gold Coast suburbs do you cover?

We support participants across Helensvale, Coomera, Upper Coomera, Southport, Nerang, Pimpama and surrounding suburbs including Oxenford, Pacific Pines, Hope Island, Labrador, Runaway Bay, Coombabah, Parkwood and Ormeau. Not sure if that includes you? Just give us a call.

What if my suburb isn't on the list?

Call us anyway. We’re often able to support participants just outside our usual areas, and if we can’t, we’ll do our best to point you towards someone who can.

Do I need to visit an office?

Help you learn. That is the whole idea of life skills support: we work alongside you, encourage you and let you lead, so you build skills you can keep. We are glad to lend a hand when you need it, but the goal is always for you to do more on your own.

Will I have the same support worker each time?

Wherever we can, yes. We match you with a support worker based on personality, communication style and interests, and we prioritise keeping that same person with you, so you’re not explaining your routine to someone new every visit.

Is there a cost for support workers to travel to me?

Where provider travel applies under your NDIS plan, we’ll always explain this clearly before your support starts, so there are no surprises. Just ask us and we’ll walk you through it.

How soon can support start?

It depends on your situation, but we move as quickly as we can. Get in touch and we’ll talk through your needs, your goals and how soon we can get started.

Do you accept referrals from support coordinators?

Yes. If you’re a support coordinator, you can send a referral through our referral form , and we’ll be in touch quickly.
